MEPs back Tar Sands objection
MEPs on the European Parliament’s Environment Committee have today voted to support a resolution objecting to the decision by the European Commission to weaken the EU’s Fuel Quality Directive, which will remove a major potential obstacle to the exportation of Tar Sand oil to Europe.
