The deal reached today between MEPs and EU Member States on the programme of competitiveness of entreprises and small businesses (COSME) will bring a big boost to SMEs across Europe in a time of economic crisis, according to ALDE MEP Jürgen Creutzmann (Germany, FDP), who led the negotiations on behalf of the Parliament.
